Mark as Useful I have gotten the same call from a lady who wanted me to call back and wished me luck if I didn't. Reading some of these makes me wonder, I did try for a loan to pay for my moms' funeral in January, is that how they got my number? I never took a loan out and payed on time with the funeral home (the bill is paid off). I have clean credit, everything was just gone thru since I recently bought a house. Must be a scam.

Mark as Useful They call saying I have a law suite against me in my home state, but when I begin to ask questions about who or what it is about they tell me I am rude and hang up on me. I am not being rude I believe I still have the right to camly ask questions. They are not americans. When I have called back they are alway people from India. They have my social security number and this scares me. If they were on the up and up, why do they hang up?
